Sauna & Cold Plunge: Building Resilience Together

Feel the warmth of our wood-fired sauna tents, heated to a rejuvenating 170°F. Together, we’ll spend 20-40 minutes exploring our edges, encouraging each other to lean into the heat for a deeply revitalizing experience. Then, as a group, we'll take the plunge into the refreshing waters of Lake Michigan—a practice in resilience, connection, and shared courage.

Breathe & Move: Cultivating Inner and Outer Connection
