HOT.COLD. HUMBLE.

ORIGINS ANDEXPERIENCE

In 2024, we started with pop-up saunas and cold plunging in the lakes around Milwaukee. We knew contrast therapy made us feel incredible, but the sense of genuine connection that came with it proved just as transformative. That planted the seed for The Hive: a permanent home for heat, cold, movement, and the kind of genuine human connection that's increasingly hard to find.

Drawing from decades of experience across movement, recovery, hospitality, design, and operations, they believe the strongest communities are built through shared experiences, intentional challenge, and genuine human connection.

Joy is very infectious. We will never know just how much good a simple smile can do. Be faithful in the little things. Smile at the people who cross your path! Smile at life! Smile everywhere you go! Smile at everyone you meet! Be yourself because you are wonderful!

Tear both hips and you might find yourself recovering in cold water with strangers that will change your life's trajectory forever. It's time to make that type of space available to everyone.

A Fitting Symbol

Why a Hive?

Nature has been solving community longer than we have. The hive is not a metaphor — it's a blueprint.

  • Bees regulate temperature together.

  • They communicate through movement.

  • Every member contributes.

  • The hive is stronger than any individual.

On A Mission

Cultural

The Hive cultivates authentic community by offering mindful, holistic alternatives to typical social environments. Our goal is to transform personal well-being into a lasting, positive shift for all families and future generations.
